Summary The IT Support Analyst position is responsible for providing resolutions to end users through expert problem identification, analysis, troubleshooting, and Documentation. The IT Support Analyst will work with end users and receive tickets via email, ticketing system, telephone, or walk-ins, and is responsive and effective in creating tickets, resolving tickets and/or coordinating escalation for resolution. These services include but are not limited to maintaining, configuring, and shipping cell phones, tablets, desk phones, and SaaS contact center software. Duties may include other IT-related tasks or projects on a needed basis. Essential Functions Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure new hardware and software Install and configure hardware, software, and other applications Creating and Removing User Accounts in a variety of essential business applications, including Microsoft Active Directory, Office365 Provide training and support to users on new hardware and software applications Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, printers, and other related hardware Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest new solutions for the organization Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Required High School or equivalent 1 year applicable job experience Preferred Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Skills & Competencies Job Description Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes Strong communication skills, including written communication Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry Self Motivated and Customer Service Oriented If you value opportunities to grow from within, enjoy great benefits, and appreciate a healthy work-life balance, then there is a place for you here.
